Do they work? Where can I get some cheap ones? Heavy overhead squats kick the shit out of my wrists.

haha they do work well but will hinder the development of your wrist somewhat but then again you wont get any prices for ****ing up your wrist.

Cheers. I'm only thinking of using them for heavy OHS sets as it really is ridiculously painful

^^ both of the above a bit...LOT pricey but ok if you dont want to wait for em.

Do they work...? For what exactly? If you wrap them correctly and tight enough they will stop your wrist flexing to some degree. However to wrap them tight (for me) usually equals blue hands in very short time.

Possibly an issue if wanting to rep out on sq's, remember most most PL use em for 1rm's etc.

If you want cheap and good wraps use:

painclinic
American Adventures
IronGladiators

depending on what brand you want.

EDIT - actually £20 or so quid aint THAT much, its just that if you get em from the ones i said they'll be the same, but in dollars i.e. 1/2 price.
