Right you gays....here is some stuff you need to know, but will probably ignore, copied and pasted...

i was thinking of posting a topic
but its too gay
i felt like doing something after my leg workour thursday
...so i went for a 5k run
and the question was, how many of you could do that?
and if you are training 'to look and be healthy' don't you think you should be able to?

when i was PLing, i used to live in fear of one of my clients asking me to join them on a 5k fun run or similar

people pay us to train them not to get them EITHER as strong as they can posssibly be OR totally ****ed, but to achieve their goals and minimise the risk..if that means 99% of my clients don't do GMs, despite louie saying they are great, 99% of them don;t do GMs.

never mind that half the shit WSB sells is ways of working round injuries

safety squat bar, buffallo bar, belt squat ...etc
popped a disk? (due to our advice) ....buy this machine!

........and laugh at those 'pussies' doing single leg deadlifts and not getting hurt

Yeah, I am having a few eureka moments with regards to my own training, lifestyle and motivations as well as those of my clients and potential market.

Why you no longer in love with PL and Westside?

I didn't say I wasn't, EFS/WSB are great, they have some great methods that have got a lot of people very strong.

Personally not what I or any of my clients are looking for though when taken as an entire system.

True story.

No training method is suitable for achieving all training goals in all people all of the time. The proper application of appropriate training means is where it's at.
