Most of you will have read this elsewhere while I was waiting for someone *ahem* to verify me but here goes...

Hi guys, just to let you know I have launched a new site....not quite finished yet, but close enough! I am changing alex-gold-training to target my home training market, and am launching this site for my athlete/fighter stuff.

The site is www.hardcoresportstraining.co.uk , let me know what you think.

If anyone wants to do a link exchange or promote anything, let me know.

Cheers,
Alex.

You can make up for it by turning up on the 5th, at the rate it's going I might need some help running the session! (or everyone that's said they're coming won't and I'll need some company...)

If you're anything like I used to be be when I was powerlifting, 1x1 minute round would be perfect for you!

MMA. Haven't trained with weights this month, although that is more out of laziness/busyness than choice, but my gas is increasing a lot, bodyweight holding steady, just trying to drop a bit of fat now.
