Hi, was wondering whether anyone could give me a hand with a workout regime to follow. I used to play rugby up to Uni level at prop but after moving to a job where I need a bit of fitness and dropping some weight have decided that I want to play back row now. I have no idea what kind of training or workout is needed as every site seems to contadict the other. Was hoping either someone could give me a hand or point me in the direction of a good site.
