Hiya
Feeling a little more than sick and tired of being 12 stone - chiefly becuase I am not happy about the way in which my clothes hang off me, and my watch now slides/hangs down my wrist like some teenager who thinks it looks cool. I could do with some assistance in constructing a one-day/week routine. I am not commiting to any more than that for gym time as it just wont happen, but since I have been out of the game for quite some time now, any advice is appreciated.
As you may have guessed I would like to increase my weight, and, since I am so gay I can't close the number one CoC anymore, I intend to do a little grip work from time to time on the side.

Why are you struggling to make even one session a week? Surely 2 os doable? I wouldn't have thought you'd needed any help in constructing a 1 day a week routine, surely its a case of Squat, Deads and upper body shit you fancy on the day, with a bit of abs and pumper work?

Seriously, I don't want to get into a 'I'm so busy look how cool I am' posting match with anyone.. but 1 day is more than I have time for to be honest.
If you can only do one session, HIT would be good. When training that infrequently, I'd have thought you'd need to push yourself to the limit to make progress.

Hernia, as far as I can tell, is healed-ish.
short and simple
20 rep squats
push press/bench
chins/row
alternate the last two exercises each week
I actually quite like that, but id alternate deads and chins instead of chins and rows.

heheh yeah you did! I like freds suggestion with bens mods, maybe 3x8 for the none squat stuff to get the muscles on the grow, it will be fluff but you'll look good naked ;)

Rob, incidently though where has all your mass gone, its not so long ago I remember you posting pics on AFS and you looked like you'd put on a fair slab of weight. Has someone not been eating properly? And don't come back with the "I dont have time to eat sukkas"
