At the moment im doing stretches and a mobility drill at home to try and fix my pretty poor posture (increased lordosis + anterior pelvic tilt).
I do about 20 stretches and 2 dead bug variations. Just wondering if anyones got any others I could add to increase my mobility/fix my posture at home with no equipment?
