I actually measured myself today, for two main reasons - to motivate myself to improve upon them and to shame myself into change with some of them.
Here goes:-
Height 6'3"
Weight 17 st 11.5 :017:
Neck 19"
Chest 51" :)
Bicep 18" :045:
Forearm 13.75"
Waist 40" :mad:
Upper thigh 29"
Just above knee 22"
Calf 16.5"
Waist is a bit of a scare! At least i have nowhere to hide now.
Would anyone else like to share, then we can cry on each other's shoulders and get back to improving.
