I'm going to work out the tonnage and volume lifted in the three main lifts over the last six months. Should I add in warm up sets and speed squats/deadlifts? How about similar assistance and main lifts like board presses and goodmornings? I've just made a 1RM graph and it helps show when and what my problems were.

In order for us to give you an answer, I think it would be helpful if we knew why you're trying to work out how much you've been lifting...

i would only count work over 80 and 90% (keep em seperate as well so you can see how much volume over these percentages have been done)
