****ing hell, just done 80kgx3x8 on ATG Back Squats, was meant to do 4x8 but had to scrap the last set cos the lower back pump was ****ing painful! It was (and still is half hour later!) so painful I had to stop the workout.... The weight I used was up 5kgs from last week and maybe shouldn't of upped it so much but I didn't think it would effect my back so bad. I can tell it isn't a bad pain, jus a really really strong pump :011:
