BLew my knees out!

As some of you know from time to time i have a bit of knee trouble, things like running bring this on, well i havnt done uch running and my knees have been fantastic since about july/august and i mean fantastic, a thing of the past squats getting bigger, im getting stronger and in gaining wieght so im pretty happy, WEll today whilst doing a job in an indoor tennis court that was empty my mate said, Think you can jump the net? I dont know how high the net is about 3' is maybe ali less. So i fetched a crash mat and placed it the other side of the net incase things went wrong and took my run up, I then did the sensational 2 foot jump and cleared the net (only just!) On landing i knew what i had done straight away, the take of has blown both of my knees out in really bad way, I can hardly walk, stairs are agony and at the time the pain was absoloutly intense! Im really pissed off cos i was going to train legs tonight or do cleans now i cant even walk properly let alone squat :(

My night gets worse, Yesterday on of my dogs had an accident on the rug (first time must be ill) so My wife washes it and it blocks the washing machine so i have to fix this, it takes me hours and i am up and dowm on the floor the whole time my knees are killing!, I then have to walk the dogs painfull but bearable so its ok, I deciede im gonna go have a bath, shave my head and chill for a bit, i go to the bath room and find bit of this rug where my wife must of washed it by hand, the plug is totally blocked, So i get my screw driver and start to remove the screw from the plug to drop the drainpipe of the bath off so as to unblock it, in doing so i cut my let index finger deeply on the plug (it has a sharp edge!) Im now pissing blood everywhere! Now i havnt been in this house for long and its the first time i have done it here, I get my screwdriver and go round the silicone sealant on the bath panel and try to take the panel off it wont come, I get my screwdriver under the top and try to push it down, my screw driver goes stragth through the panel, At this point i lose my rag badly start swearing and shouting lots and punch the bath panel which............ Yep destroys it! :( Now i need a new one! I am really pissed off atm :(

See a sports physio as soon as possible or at least visit the doctor and try and get some physio on the NHS

Excuse me I'm not!!!!! Some days I can do up to 7 hours exercise in a day and I weight train three times a week. I do count myself as very lucky as I don't pick up injuries easily. I put it down to Reiki (see worse shape of my life thread) and working hard on my flexibility and core stability too.

Your very lucky Addy, I dont seem to pick up injuries weight lifting its always arsing around or cardio based sports that screw me up

Oh on a plus knees feel much better today i can walk more normally and stairs arnt a major obstacle still dificult but improved
