was gonna max out on deadlift 2moro, attempt a 160kg as its my bday.... but it feels so fcuking heavy! im not sure if i'll even shift it off the floor...
im considering doing squats as per my routine... but i dont have a spotter available tomorrow :(

Stick to the routine, doing something just because its your bday isnt worth it.

Possibly, but I believe in setting up a routine and sticking to it. Unlike some

i concur
stick to the routine but lift more weight than you could if it wasnt your bday
and do an extra set of all your exercises
and eat till your sick at least 4 times that day

Whilst I agree to sticking to your routine I don't see a problem with having break for a day and doing something else. A change is as good as a rest as they say and it can help keep the interest up.

Thanks guys, think im gonna stick with it!
Got my woman to spot me now so its ok, may do some extra deadlifts cos i wont be doing it for 3 weeks now.
