Just a quick question guys.

Because my abs strength is piss poor as I never train them, yet my lower back strength is far ahead due to the amount of lower back training I do, (Deadlifts, Romanian Deadlifts, Bent Over Rows, Powercleans, Back Squats), is this potentially setting myself up for potential injuries due to the imbalance?

So therefore would it me more sensible if I did some more ab work, e.g. Weighted Sit Ups etc?

Cheers boys

If you core is activating as it should, its probably stronger than you think. Though it's prolly better to get assed by someone who knoiws what they are doing.

Do ab work definitely; I didn't and just did all those exercises you mentioned and my back was screwed. Wouldn't do sit-ups though - they're hip flexor more than abs.

What other exercises you suggest?

Hanging Leg Raises
Side Bends
Tomahawks
