Pro hormones are evil imo, natural or gear is ok in my book but ph's are neither here nor there and many have more sides than the the real deal. lets look at getting your diet and routine sorted before you go that path, get abase built perhaps and a bit of conditioning, as gear does put a lot of stress on tendons and stuff if you arnt ready for it you will blow somethng out
