Have had problems with my back which I have rested and seems to be nearly Ok now have tried to do Back Squats but can get nowhere near depth and have lost loads of flexibility.
Is this realistic after not Squatting for a month or is it me just being a nob?
I can't even do a bodyweight squat without going onto my toes??!! Which has never happened before!

But definitely the case that you lose a lot of flexibility for not using it - I'm still way off squatting depth after hitting it fine before my back injury.

Panic over did ATG Back Squats yesterday with a bit of discomfort but am now back to good depth :D
