As some of you may of noticed tonight (27/10/04) we had some fun and games with a bit of trolling and witch hunts, nasty signatures and the like.
Many of you bit at these comments or stuck your metorphoric oar in and gave your oppinion..........
Which the mods then have to deleat to clean up the thread, save the waste of bandwidth and smooth things over! This is the problem!
Please if someone is trolling or accusing and causing problems, pm a Mod and it will be dealt with, Due to tonihgts antics i missed my squat session and have had to reschedual for tomorrow night which tbh isn't convienient but now a must. and i've got back ache from sitting in my chair all night. We are only a small forum so problems like this now will be huge if we had lots of members.
Lets work hard! Keep the referals coming and make Iron CIty a friendly and inviting place for people to share thier training knowledge and experiences
