A week ago I woke up in the morning and had a savage pain in my right groin. It felt like it needed "clicking" but i couldnt get it to click, it was constantly a low level pain, increasing when twised in certain motions, and giving way if I tried to apply pressure in this position. I was still able to apply full force without much discomfort in a back and foreward range of motion aslong as it had no rotation. After a few days it fadded away to nothing, and I was able to box and gym train normally after 2 days. After that I had no probs and continued training, monday boxing, tues lifting, wed off, thurs boxing, friday lifing(olly and split squats) sat-DIY, then sunday I got out of bed again and the same problem arose!!

Related or not; I have a fair bit of tension and stiffness down the left hand side of my neck and back and my right shoulder is giving me jip, though I fell over and suspect that is what caused this.

There is a CHEK guy locally who charges a small fortune, but I think I might need it. Anyone any advice/experiance in this area?

**** the chek guy. Go to someone who specialises in the problem, ie a physio or chiro, like I said to you before.

The guy is also an osteopath. Anyone know any one decent in the south london area? I'm relutctant to hand over my money to just any ****wit who passed a multiple choice exam to get a certificate and knows knob all about sports.

hmm, what AOL said in my eyes. Osteopaths arnt medically recognised. They are regulated in the same way aromatherapists are and id bet a dose of lavender oil will do **** all for your shoulders ;)
