My mate has been ****ing with my mind of me consuming too little calories for what I'm doing per week. My strict diet at the moment of 2100 calories which breaks down into 265g protein, 120g carbs and 62g fats (Protein:Carbs:Fat ratio of 50:23:27)
I am doing alot of sport at the moment:

M - Boxing 2 hours
T - Weights 1 hour, Running 30 mins
W - Football 1 hour, Boxing 1 hour
T - Weights 1 hour
F - Boxing 2 hours
S - Boxing 2 hours, Weights 1 hour
S - Boxing 2 hours

Added into that are 3 sessions of 30 mins pre-breakfast cardio per week.

Trouble is I am thinking am I eating too little for how much exercise I am doing and likely to be breaking down muscle as energy? As I want to lose fat yet not muscle. Weight loss is good at the moment but not sure if the amounts I am eating is too little and am wasting away my muscle and possibly slowing down my metabolism...

What does everyone reckon?

That does seem very low, tbh i'd disappear on that doing everything you're doing, and i'd definitely suggest a BIG refeed every 3-5 days if you are going to be so drastic the rest of time, everyone's different though i guess...

Gotta agree with Narc. I too would disappear on that. I'd up the carbs.

Would you suggest a big refeed is the better way of doing it or my new plan:

2442 Calories
265 Protein
195 Carbs
65 Fats
Ratio of P:C:F of 44:32:24

Look a better idea? I've got alot of weight to lose (6kgs) but I've realised I have plenty of time to do it rather than rush it and lose serious amounts of muscle.
I have been ****ed in my boxing and weights recently, totally out of energy so I think this might help.

That would be better, with say 4000+ every fourth or fifth day with the extra coming mostly from decent carb sources, unless you have a stupidly slow metabolism that should work fine

PMSL! :043:

That's really not a lot of weight to lose mate, trust me! I'd defo up the cals with all that you're doing, plus a refeed once or twice a week.
