I twinged the front part of my left delt benching awhile ago. Very minor - didn't hurt or put me out of action. Since then the it clicks, creaks and cracks, it doesn't hurt but sometimes I can feel its different to the right side. I noticed this morning that I have the tendency to sleep on my left side with all my weight on it, would this have any effect on it and would it heal up properly if I didn't sleep on it?

With injuries it's a case of trial and error...try something, if it helps, then keep doing it!

i find i get sore shoulders if i sleep on my side regulary too

if i sleep on my side i find i crush myself and do often end up a bit rough in the mornings
