I think a good thread would be one with links to good articles, the kind of ones you would of liked to read when you started training.

I've only glanced over it, I'll read latter. Looks a bit technical for newbies.

To ask you would have to be interested and when I started training that would be boring to me. Now is a differnt story, I like learning about motor units, glycolysis, ATP.... but this interest developed over years.

I have read it now and looks good but still too technical.

You know I'm right. There isnt actually a beginner forum so technically the article is for everyone.
