Yeah thats nowt i didnt knowm mostly from painful experience. Its not very prescriptive though, tells you how imbalances occur but not how to solve them.

e.g. ive just realised my TVA's are a fuycking joke. I can hardly even contract pelvic floor muscles without my RA taking over and overriding my TVA's...I think when i plank my RAs do the work and TVAs just sit there
