it just looks soo cute (this is the injury forum so i can show my sensitive side without getting beat up by the big buff PL's :D )

i want a cat too but am afraid that's it's going to scratch my furniture and stuff to bits.

i didnt used to like cats that much, now thanks to my girlfriend having 3 i really like them

If i had to only do three movement prep excersises id so, er,

rvs lunge and twist
sumo sq-stand
fire hydrants

theres also no reason why i would only do three

so there,.
