on page 78 'Relax into Stretch' by comrade Pavel Tsatsouline. he has a 'Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch'. I quote:

"Tight hip flexors are the culprit behind many bad backs, monkey butts, and athletic mediocrity"

so what is this monkey butt? no google image searching pplllleeeaaassse.

i think that it may be when your bum sort of sticks out behind you more than it should. i think i have it :022:

i dont think so as if they did then they would tilt forward at the waist

corrective measure: lengthen hip flexors, lowers abs and glute strength. Grow hair all over body ( i have that bit covered ).

yeah u see it in a lot of women, can be caused by wearing heels
