As topic, what do you put in them, whey obviously and perhaps creatine.

Milk, ice-cream, er, strawberries, banana, er, flax oil?

Is there an oil I could blend in to add calories a bit cheaper than flax?

How about the tuna and fresh orange shake, tried that before lol urrgh

I do a very similar one but also add peanut butter for a little extra taste and good fats.

Oats/milk/whey/banana are my usual. Add Nesquik for flavour, ice cream or yoghurt if you're bulking.

Bah... When I'm eating properly, I use them to get past my stomach's stupidly low volume. Eat a meal so you're almost full, then drop another 500-1000 calories in liquid on it. Lovely jubbly.
