Hey, feel like a newbie to training again,

Although i never posted on here much i was going to go into the forces so i was pretty fit, was into my general lifting and a bit of cardio.

I got offered another job as an engineer and the conditions etc were better so i took it, needless to say laziness got the better of me and i put on a bit of a belly and lost some muscle.

Now....what i would appreciate is a training programme from you guys....
I have about 100kg of weight to play with, im 6ft, weigh 13st 12 and my general aims are to tone up and lose my belly!

Somebody have any advice ?

well certainly higher rep training will help this lke 4x8-10 reps but still as heavy as you can manage, a 4 day routine would give good recovery times imo this will also suit the amount of weight you have on things like squats and deads 4x10 @ 100kg will still get you working hard

What's your previous training experience? You know how to do the big lifts?

What equipment do you have? You say you've got about 100kg weight to play with. Is that with a 7' barbell? You got dumbells/a bench/a squat rack or power cage?

A power cage would be a good bet, although squat stands should do the trick cheaply to.

You like to get them soon, or are you looking for a routine without squats?

I got this one and had no problems so far.

EDIT Think it's the same one as Narc's top one. No delivery charge for equipment from Gym Ratz, so might end up cheaper.

As I've just written this up, how about http://www.iron-city.net/showthread.php?t=1401?

Keep your diet tight and throw the odd cardio session in there and you should be looking good.
