why are you worried about soy lecithin? that shit's in everything, it's not going to give you breasts at those levels

yeah you need to be taking in consistent high levels though, and i'm not sure if it applies to soy 'lecithin' and tbh it's still disputed whether plant oestrogens do really have that effect or it's just fat people making excuses for having bitch tits "it can't be my diet i drink soy milk and everything, and 4 bottles of wine a night"

lac-thats what i use, works out to be 4.5kg for 19.99,by the time you add PP,its not really cheaper unless your spending over 50
SOG-I'm a veggie, but I'm not anal with it,meaning i dont eat meat or fish but i'll still feck with fish tabs, glucosamine, cheese, milk, eggs

so is that basically that they have the mulitple buy discount price but the benefit being you can buy 1 or 2?

Icepick

basically you can buy 1 at the discount price instead of having to buy 2 to get a cheaper price

No,i buy all my whey / creatine from All In 1 and enter the competitions on Reflex website to win free supps.I like Reflex as a brand tho.

Block - same base price for 1 tub or 10 tubs, the standard pricing gave you a cheaper price the more you bought i.e 1 tub @ £26.99,2 tubs at £24.99 each etc...(those prices are just an example)

I use euro 80 from my protien.co.uk who will match the all-in-1 price. All you have to do is use the price matcher at the bottom of the screen and enter the web add of all - in - one.

I love the Euro 80 stuff lol!!!!

Plus I can give you a voucher code which will give you 5% off that price too if anyone is intrested!!!!!!
