Ok the guy i brought my CEE from advised me to take 4caps non work out days and 6caps on workout days. I was told to take them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach as i am also taking another product **** half hour before the workout that contains creatine and taurine etc.

Well yesterday i was supposed to be seeing the bird so took my 4caps in the morning as this was gonna be my day off from the gym. Then things changed and she couldn't make it and wanted to see me on my workout day instead, so I decided to go to the gym. I took another 2 CEE caps half hour before my workout along with the **** to bring my dose back upto 6caps. My workout was amazing, so much better than before, all weights went up easily which was a shock as I was really really tired due to poor sleep the night before!!

Basically is the timing of CEE important or not as i was under the impression CEE stayed in your muscles for use when needed!

If not im really looking forward to 6 caps before my workout as my workout should be amazing! :026:

Taurine is actually a very underated supplement for taking pre work out and when combined with CEE and a NO precurser (arganine based) can work exceptionally well for increases in strength and ****. Im not sure whether you were experincing benefits from taking the CEE pre workout, or the other substances.

I can vouch for the taurine/cee combo.

Me too, I add 200mg of caffiene aswell, great stuff!!

yeah im pretty sure taurine is one of the reasons drinks like red bull make you feel so baddass
