Looks fine to me. If you don't gain weight, add carbs. High GI from time to time is good as its not so filling.
add some veg to meal 3 & 4, also have 2 chicken breasts for meal 3
Might wanna up the carbs in meal 1. Always good to have a big breakfast, to give that metabolism a kick!!
Bin the whey and eat some real food...

yea i was thinking that as well, why have plain bread with whey when you can be eating a tuna or cheese sandwich
Because im normally late for work by then so its easier than trying to make anything. Plus it cheaper than food

Poor excuse IMO. Tinned tuna and eggs are cheap as chips and take little or no preperation.
I find whey is digested to quickly and I'm starving an hour after I eat it.

if i have whey in water it doesnt even feel like i havent drank ate anything, if with milk i feel a temp fullness, even then it is not for long like a hour or so,food will better you in the long run
Just add the food in,but dont ditch the whey

no good to me, it is cheap but low cals and not filling, dieting is not my thing
if hes bulking then havin a whey shake with a meal is only going to help
surely we're missing the point here...
whey is never gonna fill you up, its not meant to. If you want energy eat oats. The point of whey is that (in water) its one of the fastest absorbed high-protein foods there is.
In order to gain LBM you need plenty protein. Therefore if lean mass is your aim, whey is convinient PWO.

didnt know you were vegie even more miffed you outlift me now!!!
Could 2-3 pints of milk be used as a meal replacement?
Hulk: 2-3 pints wouldn't make a great meal replacement for me personally
Try something like:
oats
whey or casein
skimmed milk
natural yoghurt
Banana, peach or berries
peanut butter or olive/rapeseed/flaxseed oil
Vary ingredients depending on your goals at the time
As for the initial post, can you please provide the following information:
Day to day restraints: Does work stop you from eating solid foods at certain times? If so, when?
Day to day schedule: What are your break times at work? When can you sit down to eat solid food?
Meal timings: What times do you have each meal?
My meal times are every 2 -3 hours and i can eat pretty much whenever. i always prepare meals the day before to so can eat pretty much whatever. i go to the gym straight from work at 6.15pm
Although the guy at work keeps takin the piss as he knows im trying to bulk and keeps saying, why are you doing all this! Do you think your a pro body builder or something! Whats this tub of protein do! HE STANDS AT 5ft 5, and at 9 and a half stone!
Pisses me off! I could bench press the little ****er if i wanted to!
My advice would be the following:
*Vary your food sources daily
*At each meal include a solid source of protein, carb or good fat, and fruit or vegetable
*Make sure you get at LEAST 6-8 portions of fruit or veg a day
*Eat your dairy
*Lots of water
*Slam that twat at work's head in a car door...lots
he's the boss! not a good idea but thanks for the advice!
Do a double bicepts, and in a Johnny Bravo style say "Heee-hooo-haaaa, wanna feel my pecs?"<buff>
