Sorry mate but the majority of that shit is (IMO) a total waste of cash.

ZMA is zinc, bonded to magnesium and some other mineral. (ask Milner aka Buff Technician) Theres absoulutely no excuse for not getting it all in your everyday diet. Thats throwaway money.

I imagine that PUMP! stuff is another NO2 product that will increase the blood in your muscles post work out but absoultely nada in the long run, no strength, no mass, nothing.

If you arnt eating enough fats then i could see omegas being useful, and whey is always handy.

Im no supp expert (Milner or Narc probly know lots more) but IMO **** most of it off (bar the creatine) and spend it all on food and whey which will benefit you more in the long and short term.

holland and barrat do them but as tricky says supermarket are prbably best, i dont know though as i never do the supermarket trips these days

yep and will save you lots of ££££ also i wouldnt worry about using isolate whe or whatever the other type is (cant remember i stoped caring that long ago lol) i think its concerntrate, just go for whatever is cheapes gramme for gramme. imo of course i dont know if anyone else has a good reson to go for isolate

make sure you get the 5lb Unflavoured Whey, I'd get 2 as it works out cheape. That Isolate will not last you long(2weeks).

Yeah the lads have pretty much nailed it for you. ZMA is normally Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate plus Magnesium Aspartate and vitamin B-6 plus chetlated copper quite often (large doses of zinc can deplete copper). The research in to ZMA which showed it increased test by tenmillion percent or whatever where actually financed by the bloke who holds the patent for it. Draw your own conlusions. Zinc is necessary for test production, but if you eat a diet, like most of us do, that is high in red meat you are getting plenty of it anyway. If not a standard highstrength multivit/mineral will probably cover it. Some users report better sleep on ZMA when taken before bed. Maybe take your zinc supp before bed it will probably have the same effect.

For the extra cost I wouldn't bother with Isolate. Its marginally faster absorpotion offers a tiny extra benefit post workout, but its rapid digestion and subseqet excretion leave problems of their own. Go for the concentrate its cheaper and you wont loose out.

Dextrose is normally cheapest form superdrug. Normally labeld as glucose with vitamin C.
