OK,

Full on depletion / fat loss phase starts tomorrow and lasts till Thursday (6 days).

I'd appreciate comments from anyone, good or bad. First 4 days...

30g L-glut, 20g creatine in water

630 am

60g Whey / cas blend in water, tablespoon flax.

vits, 10mg M1T

Topical nicotinate / capsicum on fatty areas.

8am

2 Tablespoons whey in water.

Fat loss stack

BCAA
Green tea extract
ALCAR
Ginger
Fenugreek


930am

Salted chicken or beef + broccoli or asparagus.
Flax if chicken, fish oils if beef.
1 tblspoon whey in water.

BP / Health Stack

(N-acetyl Cysteine, Milk thistle, pottasium, hawthorn berries, 1 g MSM)

1230 - Repeat 2 + 10mg M1T


2pm

Tablespoon whey in water
Fat loss stack.

330pm - Repeat Meal 1 or 2.

5pm

2 Tablespoons whey in water
Fat loss stack.
Topical nicotinate / capsicum on fatty areas.

630pm

Repeat meal 1 or 2

vits, 10mg M1T.



900pm - Repeat meal 2.

Vits
BP / Health Stack

10pm - Zinc.

During night if wake - 10g L-Glut / 5g BCAA in water.

Water - Ramped from 3 - 5 litres per day by Wednesday.

Cut creatine.

Thursday.

add Trib / agnus castus / other PCT stuff.

Water to 7 litres. Go to unsalted chicken / beef.

Cut M1T.

Friday.

All meals chicken and brocolli.

Cut water to minimal after midday

6g vit C spread through day.

2 doses Aqualette through day.

Sat a.m.

Wake, do pics.

Next 2 weeks - maintainance kcals, moderate training, PCT / trib.

Well 30mg of M1T is a bit more than ive read about people taking, the most ive seen is 20mg but as you seem to have had minimal sides so far and are taking plenty Milk Thistle and Hawthorn i guess its worth a crack. How long is the cycle? 14 days?

Also, theres obviously some science at work here, but if no1 goal is Hyp, how come carbs are so crazy low? Would guess the lack of carbs would contribute to the tiredness from the m1t as well...

cycle is 10 days at 30mg per day. I know several guys who have used 60mg / day for 2 weeks prior to PL comps...lol.

Carbs are so low cause L-glut is replacing lost glycogen from training without spiking insulin.

Perhaps a little TOO well thought out, jesus christ man a day of just chicken and brocolli!!?!!? Is having "flax if chicken or fish oils if beef" really going to make any difference worth bothering for?

Flax Vs fish oils - just matching highly unsaturated supplemental oils with more saturated oils from food to keep the same ratio of fats at each meal.

The day of yuck is just to drop water.

Going fine so far. Weak and a bit fuzzy headed but getting tighter all the time and at a heavier bodyweight.
