routines like that scare me, it would take me ages to do a routine like that coz I have a real hard time not taking long rest periods
I think I did that a long time ago.. Christian Thibeadeau's OVT program is based on similar principles. That's a good program.

any thoughts on the flyes and extensions etc... in that routine?I dont think flies are the huge evil that most people do, there are just quite a few more effective chest exercises out there so I would never recommend them.
Sometimes I will use them with someone in a pure hypertrophy routine but never for straight sets or regular speeds.
Leg Extensions on the other hand are pure evil. I dont think I've given them to any body in last few years. I gave them to one guy to superset with walking lunges but thats it.
Incidently I supersetted walking lunges, leg exts and leg curls one time and couldnt stand up for about an hour coz my quads hurt so much, not sure what happened there!
Shut it you tart. (BD).
I agree with PKL. Flyes are good if you do them with eccentric emphasis (slow on eccen) or pause at the midpoint (iso) or something, leg ext are just utterly pointless.
