MT mostly... sometimes a couple of others but not much.
Does anyone post on www.bodybuilding.com, I found it a few days ago and it's well good! Better than Muscletalk and has the same layout as this forum.
It has 70 000 members and some proper monsters on it! :043:
And a lot of bullshit on there too. This one is my main site but I hang aroudn in general on MT.
Yer, there are alot og bullshitters on there! Kids of 14 with 20 inch guns and stuff!
But theres also some really good advice aswell. James has kindly agreed to let me back on Muscletalk in November so i'll look forward to that :D
This is obviously the best board though! With freaks like Robert and smilies like this :flamethro it's going far!

That bodybuilding.com is as cool as anything. They even have a "sex" forum (whatever that is) where you can discuss the length of your willy. I don't post on Fortified Iron (http://www.fortifiediron.net/invision/index.php) but it's my favourite board (apart from this one of course).

I still post on MT-some v.knowlegable guys on there (particularly Oly lifters)
Also visit Fortifiediron a lot-only posted a couple of times.
I only found muscletalk a while ago..
I used to post on www.t-mag.com a lot but not anymore, it's gone down the sh***er now really. Still some good articles that they put out though..
www.ruggedmag.com - this was setup by some guys who used to write for t-mag, a lot of the decent posters went over there. Some very strong and knowledgable guys over there. I spend most of my time there and here now..
www.fortifiediron.com - I occasionally drop in there and have posted on there a few times. I think I put my pictures up in the pictures forum as well. Someone asked if I was juicing I think..not that I do by the way..
www.totalelite.com - another good powerlifting forum this one. Some bloody strong people on here. I normally just ask specific questions on here..
another one but I can't remember the link, another group of guys from ruggedmag set their own forum up.. it's in my favourites..

Rob your most definatly NOT banned from MZ mate. U are more than welcome if u wish that is to view or post on the board anytime. I realise there are some personality clashes between ppl on internet boards as there are in real life. Your well respected by myself and all the mods on MZ and that goes for everyone on IC. Please lets not digress into slagging each other off on the message boards its a waste of space IMO. I enjoy this forum as much as any other and hope this post doesnt offend anyone.

I agree, but some people abuse there power as moderator and some members are friends to moderators so there is heavy bias against some people. This is unfair and is not a place where I would like to post. Again not mentioning names...
