At Affs we used to sell it for £13 or so, but it seems that after I left they stopped selling it.
That site is the "source" one that Gav set up to run the thing from IIRC, so that's basically going to be the price - I remember he let us out it a bit cheaper because I did the proof reading and we never charged him for it, so he gave us a bit of leeway. He did ask us not to advertise it, though, as he wanted to set one price and not end up having a "bidding war" drag the cost down.
So, unless something changed, I think you'll struggle to find it any cheaper than that. TBH I've yet to hear from anyone who bought it and didn't think it was worth the money.
i bought it and it was an inciteful read. £18 is a bit steep tho but when you consider the email support its not really that bad.
does anyone know what gav is up to of late. i was waiting for him to release his 2nd book but nothing??
what email is he using atm?

ATM, lol. Sorry, I always laugh at that
Um, dunno really. Last I heard he was putting his time into his family, and also linked quite strongly with PhD / Monster Supplements as he was supporting their supplement range pretty heavily in a lot of places.
As regards his 2nd book, I think he was going to see how sales went on the first before he put his effort into the 2nd, maybe it never really took off like he hoped and so he kept it on the back burner and did something else?
Could also try calling his old gym and seeing if he still trains / coaches there (I think he did some PT there after he sold it) - was called Results Gym if I'm not mistaken, dunno what the phone number is but I bet 118 118 does :D
