a.k.a. 'heals bones water'.

Old-school Chinese medicine designed for sports injury and sports-related fatigue. Great for reducing DOMS, muscular tiredness and increasing recovery. However, this stuff is pretty noxious. Don't breathe in when you're spraying it around, wash your hands after use and don't use near naked flames unless you have a grudge against your eyebrows.

Notes on purchasing Zheng Gu Shui (pronounced 'Cheng Gwat Soi' in Cantonese): You can buy it in most oriental superstores and medical centres. However, the Chinese medicine stores tend to charge about three times as much as regular stores. You might have trouble trying to describe to the shop staff what you're looking for. Try 'alcoholic muscle rub' or 'bones water' as your attempted pronounciation of the Chinese will likely cause a reaction varying from confusion to hilarity and back again.

Definitely don't try speaking Cantonese to Vietnamese shopkeepers.

Also note that many Chinese shopkeepers are steeped in the ancient oriental art of scamming foreigners out of their hard-earned money. Going rate should be about £4.00 for 60ml, but you might end up being charged twice that in some places if you're not Chinese. If this is the case, try somewhere else or get a Chinese girlfriend.

I've got some, was recommended by my martial arts instructor for the bruises.

Good for apply after you have been onthe wooden dummy.

The carton says its for, fractures and dislocation, injuries from falls or strains. Can be applied before sports, it will remove fatigue and have preventive and curing functions.
