CrE2 from thermolife is bloody good stuff. First of all yes i am sponsored by them, but, I will not put my name to something that does not work hence the delay in recomending this product. I have done two "cycles" for want of a better word with a 3 week gap between to eradicate any carryover. First cycle i did feel that unlike the creatine i used before I did feel that bit better, an extra rep here and there and better recovery even. Didnt get that bad gut rot that normally do with creatine. Oh should add they are caps and are creatine ethyl ester hcl.
To eradicate any placebo effect i stopped taking them when I went to NZ and restarted a week after i returned. Same effects were noticed again as before. Also as they are caps you dont get that delicious battery acid flavour other CEE powders give.
So, if your looking for a creatine Id certainly recomend giving these a shot.
