If you had the opportunity to set a small business what would it be?
I could do with another income other than the shirts, I don't know whether to get a part time regular job or set something else up.
I like the idea of web design but have even considered specialised homemade soaps and toiletries.
Anyone always fancied trying their hand at something bizarre?

Givent hat the last two "bestsellers" I read were total ****ing horse shit, you can write about anything and make a fortune.
I read "the alchemist" in work the othger day. Load of bollocks. Sold 54 million copies worldwide.
what skills you got? As a start up i also do bar work at evenings and weekends,as this leaves 9-5 free for business. But i seem to have become a builder in my spare time, although not qualified I can do most practical jobs where a safety certificate is not required, and most london yuppies are so clueless there is plenty of work at good rates.

I've ruled out bar work, did it when I was in my late teens don't really wat to go back to it.
I do a bit of carpet cleaning with a friend who has his own business, I do my own DIY but wouldn't feel confident enough to start charging people for my work, here in the NE there's loads of people doing DIY fiddle work anyway.
decisions decisions lol

Ive ever thought about two business ventures:
1) Open up my own gym, or
2) Open up my own English style pub here in Australia, using imported materials, girls and lager. Make a killing with all the poms over here.

Apart from karate, I teach English part-time (in Japan). Im a Carpenter & joiner by trade. I'm just about to start making furniture to sell here. Just have to save a bit more money for the tools. All my old tools are in my parents garage in England :015:
