Right after months of genuine illness, imaginary illness, too much work, too much drinking, not enough eating, too much smoking, not ****ing enough, too much wanking, pure laziness and just excuse after excuse I'm back in the game!
I've become a lazy twat and it's changing.
I've been training lightly for a few weeks jus throwing weights around and I'm starting to do some CVv, 40 minutes of 5-a-side a week and a few runs (well jogs at my current crap level of fitness!) and now I'm back.

Routine is ok, has to be worked around work and other things and is:

Tuesday
Deadlift 4x10
Barbell Row 3x8
Barbell Curls 3x8

Thursday
Bench Press 4x10
Overhead Press 3x8
Close Grip Bench Press 3x8

Friday
Squat 4x10
Stiff Legged Deadlift 3x8
Front Squat 3x8

I play at least 1 (sometimes 2) 40 minute 5-a-side game/s on Monday and go running on Wednesday.

Could of cried at how weak I am but Rome wasn't built in a day, neither was a body capable of crushing mere mortals with a twitch of a bicep.

Note to self: Got to stop making the excuse that my stomach is a fuel tank for a sex machine, cos it ain't!

Welcome back - What are you training for again?

Not decided yet probably go back to strength training, just getting back into training without rupturing myself! Also need to improve my cardiovascular fitness as it is the worst it's been for years.

-150g Corned Beef
-Large Bowl Crunchy Nut + 1pt of Milk
-65g Whey
-2 Bannanas
-2 slices wholemeal bread + loads of marmite
-200ml apple juice + 6g creatine
-30g Whey
-McDonalds Big Tasty + Large Fries + Large Milkshake
-Trout fillet + 2 jacket potatoes + Salad
-1pt milk
-1pt milk + 50g Whey

Not alot but a good start
