Yeah... Rule of thumb - If it's called 'Chinese' but the Chinese won't eat it, don't eat it.

That said, you may also want to avoid a lot of what the Chinese would eat.

As far as I know, the Chinese eat anything except rocks and other Chinese. I like that.

By and large, they rule. But not as much as the Japanese.

Dunno... Some parts of Chinese cuisine I'm not too keen on or don't intend on trying, ranging from the pointless (Chickens feet - Why? What's wrong with chicken breasts) to the downright nasty (fish heads, thousand-year eggs, jellied pigs' blood etc.).
