I've been off training for a week due to an injury and will prob be out for another 2-3 weeks.
Is it worth taking CEE during this time to help keep my muscle or would i be better off waiting until i'm back training to get the full effects from it?
P.S. All you bitches that think £20 for 500g of CEE is cheap, I got mine for $20 and also 3kg of flavoured whey ISOLATE for 20 quid, hahahahaha :016:
