Just been clearing out all my old shit and came across 2 empty 5lb tubs of instant mass - I know Rob uses em for grip work so I thought I would ask if him or anyone wants them?

Nah I haven't really been on any forums much recently, not even MZ which I mod on. My shoulder got hurt a while back and it still isn't 100%, its much better but its not quite there yet, so i dont get the same enjoyment out of posting when i'm not training tbh.

Just thought i'd ask if anyone wanted them; i'l give it a few days for others to have a look and if theres no interest i'l chuck em
