I'm being by Pikey to eat more protein, so i've been looking at the foods and putting together a daily list of foods I should be eating to get more protein,
This list isn't exhaustive, I will be adding to it and getting some bulk protein powder in the near future. I've just been doing a little homework for some bulking after summer :)
Foods that can be ate on a daily basis.
1 litre of milk 32g
100g of cheese 25g
2 egss 14g
port chicken or steak 25g (not sure about this one)
tub of yoghurt 20g (450g tub)
total so far 121g
I could a tin of tuna but i couldnt eat one everyday :078:
thats what i got so far from loking inthe fridge for 10 mins.
If i take 150g of 75% protein thats an extra 112grams.
total 233g, not counting the proteins in the other stuff i'd be eating.
I'm weighting between 133 and 140lb.
Surely thats more than enough protein
